Many problems of our highly developed cultures come from the fact that people do not know, what is the goal of their life. But they also do not know, by which forces and laws our fates are guided, so that many undertakings fail because they are based on wrong ideas and are decided about and carried out in ignorance of these facts.
Science and technology, but also social structures are the slogans which trouble us more and more. Richness as well as social harmony and success disappear more and more and are so-to-speak done away with by the difficulties which we cause to each other by our inconsiderate egoism, by unkindness in society as well as in our working environment and in our own families.
By such a way of life and attitude each nation deprives itself of the divine blessing, which could have been upon it, if this would not have been the case. This is the true answer to the "question of location", which only a few people in our area of culture understand and grasp and therefore cannot solve this problem. If one wants to solve a problem, one starts normally – if we do it the scientific way – with an understanding of the basics of an area in question and the laws governing it. Only after this one starts to solve the tasks. But what does a human being do regarding his own life? Who studies the foundations of life and concerns himself with the goal of one’s own life? Unfortunately only very few do so.
This is the true reason why cultural life becomes ever more difficult and the conditions ever more complicated and almost all problems are becoming scarcely ever solvable. Unfortunately we must reckon that this situation will go on in this way. And – sorry to say – it does not seem that this situation will change in the near future. But we are not hopelessly at the mercy of this development. For, those who concern themselves with the problems of being, with the goals and the spiritual foundations of life, they will find solutions, which – at least in their private life area – will lead to results, even though everything around them should become more difficult.
Basically one can say that the Western world has almost become an atheistic one. This was caused by the richness, the success in the development of science and technology of the past decades and the temptation arising from this to believe that security in living is guaranteed. But the results of this deception are becoming ever more visible. Nothing is secure, neither richness nor technology. Thus we are today facing more and more the question: how shall we proceed?
On the other side the estrangement from God could be overcome by man’s acceptance that there are creative powers which are at his disposal for the solution of his problems and for the shaping of his life.
But what are the divine powers?
They are inborn in every human being. But only very few people make use of them, because one usually does not believe, that they exist. One even believes to have proved that they do not exist at all. The evidence that every human being has creative talents can only be shown by becoming active and by striving towards grasping and conceiving in order to recognize by and by that a creative reality exists behind everything with which one can work in every-day life. One can never prove the non-existence of such spiritual capabilities by ignoring them.
Our Heavenly Father – as we Christians should call God – is the Father of Eternal Love and He is never of the kind that He is wrapped in silence and lets mankind run into its misfortune, without raising continually His admonitory and warning voice. This conception of God is an egregious mistake.
Every human being has been given the capability that in his heart - thanks to his efforts - certain thoughts and ideas for decisions will awake towards which he can orient himself. Then, when he has learned to let go his own will and his own ideas, he will be able to make essentially more perfect decisions for his life by these divine inspirations than an ordinary man who goes on living in materialism and must depend on the ignorance of other people because he lacks spiritual orientation.
But there are – and that is very important to know – instruments of God the Lord by whom – depending on the maturity of such an instrument – divine advice and directives as well as prophetic words are revealed, which - as far as the quality of its truth-certainty is concerned– depend on how pure such an instrument has already become. But everyone of us has in himself the possibility by praying and asking our Heavenly Father, to test every word against reality whether it is the truth and in what extent it has meaning for himself. It is only our Heavenly Father Who can show us whether or not something we are reading or hearing is actually coming from Him. However, one should not stop already when a first doubt arises, as it is naturally possible that the negative part in a human being – we call it also the Counterpole’s part – attempts to retain the old frame of mind, with other words, not to release a person and therefore doubts upon doubts are suggested in order to mislead him from the word heard or from a higher apprehension.
For not in vain the saying has been given: "The Kingdom of Heavens must be attracted by force", just as in our daily life everything must often be fought for and gained by hard work. For instance, how often must somebody go in quest of a place for a job and examine job offerings until he finally finds the one where he can start to work and which suits his talents. Here also, one should not conclude after a first decline, one would never find a job and therefore one would have to give up to apply. We know very well that we need endurance and the capability to carry on to achieve this goal. And the believer has – in addition – the possibility to trust in his divine safeguarding and guidance, as the Lord, being Creator and Almighty, is for him a certainty in the Holy Spirit and permeates firmly and incessantly with His blessings and His creative powers our planet earth with all His children of man and all that bears life.
Now you will ask, if this is so, why is there such a chaos on earth? The reason for this lies in the fact that we as free creatures before God are not forced to follow His divine order! If we had to follow it, then everything would be in order! But the human being is not a creature of constraint, which is compelled to follow the laws of the Godhead in creation, but it is meant to mature to the point that he can and will follow in the freedom of his will and his love, for God does not touch the free will of a person, except in the case that His creation would be endangered. This it is up to the free will of a person to do the opposite of what he recognizes as being true and correct. "Love your neighbour" is a commandment, but it does not force somebody. One can hate one’s neighbour, if one wishes to do so. One can even pursue him or do similar foolish things. The knower, the wise man, does not do so for he knows that to every negative deed there is also a follow-up and whatever he will have done would fall back unto him according to the law of cause and effect or – said in a more suitable way – according to the adamantine law of sin and atonement. JESUS said very clearly, e.g. in Matth.26,52:
"For all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword"
or in Matth.7,2:
"With what measure ye mate, it shall be measured to you again"
which means nothing else but: Who believes to found his life on earth on this egocentric line, will sooner or later make for himself negative experiences from his fellow-creatures. But then such loveless people complain bitterly why their life on this earth is such a hard one. It is just this kind of people who are only very rarely inclined to try to examine whether they are not themselves the carriers of hardships and sufferings in this world by their absurd acting against better insight and knowledge.
However, since we want to solve our problems and seek harmony, peace and the perfection of life, despite hindrances and difficulties, which eventually come from outside to us, it is rather natural that we should strive first of all to take up the divine guidelines as an element of cognition and then to live and act accordingly.
Love God above all and your neighbour as yourself
This is a fundamental recipe with which we could work, if we would like to, because in this way we would carry love into our environment. And by doing so we will sooner or later experience a certain love coming from those people who had perhaps been keeping off from us so far.
Now there may be many who say, that this is not true, I do not experience this in such a way. But here one must reply that things are just not so easy. How difficult or even almost impossible is it already in material things, e.g., to build a house from today to tomorrow; it takes a long time until one can start and finally finish it. It may take just as long – depending on our efforts, for just this matters – until our love has succeeded in our environment more and more by the spiritually radiating power of our thinking, doing and acting.
But now comes the big problem: how do I come to know what is truth in order to act correctly at all? That what is to be found in the Bible, in the Old and in the New Testament are God-given guidelines according to which we can act correctly and with which we should engage ourselves time and again in order to live accordingly and by this to reach our goal in life. But the daily realization of this demands endurance and will-power! Only by a successful accomplishment the correctness of these divine commandments will be shown. As with all things in creation, everything is happening by development. For God is not an old man with a long beard, who lets languish away everything, but He is a dynamic God, a Creator, who firmly offers His creatures time and again a new help, as it is testified and described in the Old Testament. Century by century guidelines and prophetic teachings were given by different seers and prophets of God to the Jewish people of these times, regarding how they should form their lives in order to advance in the difficulties of their life conditions and their development.
For Christians, however, the coronation of all these messages is the Message of Jesus Christ as it is laid down in the New Testament. However, this could not be complete, as Jesus certainly has taught and spoken more than what is contained on these few pages. But by the inspiration in prayer man can experience at any time additional moments of insight, as our Heavenly Father is ready at any time, to give to every soul something when it strives towards fulfilling the commandment
"Love God above all and
your neighbour as yourself"
and is interested to advance in its thinking, recognizing and acting. For Jesus said once: "I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he, the Spirit of Truth is come, he will guide you into all truth" (John 16,12-13) and "I am with you always, even unto the end of the world" (Matth.28,20).
It would be rather contradictory if we would assume that our Heavenly Father had started to cease speaking from one day to the other after His death as Jesus Christ on the Cross of Golgotha. It would indeed be an insulting arrogance to make this claim, as such is not said at any place in the Holy Scriptures. We know however, that our Heavenly Father time and again awoke true instruments in order to supply through them to mankind a guideline for further moments of insight in a certain epoch, which may relate to the respective situation of development of a people or a group of mankind.
But every human being, too, can – by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit - take up in his heart additional and helping insights. This wonderful capability of the human heart is, unfortunately, not learned in a sufficient measure and included into the practice of daily life.
It happened so with the people of Israel that in the course of the millennia time and again enormous problems arose, which were not to be solved with the old conceptions. There was again and again especially the fight against erroneous religions which falsified in part the original religion so that time and again a prophet or Messenger of His Eternal Love had to appear, in order to put things into a new order. Therefore it should be clear that our Heavenly Father does so also in this time, as He had done so in the previous millennium by different instruments. We are thinking of such revelation works by instruments like Jakob Böhme, Emanuel Swedenborg, and Jakob Lorber and still many more others, who, unfortunately, are not known to most of the people. From this one can see again, how indifferent mankind is in fact to everything what is given firmly and continuously out of the Father’s Love. Therefore complaints about man being without orientation and left by God is actually a defamation of God, as it is just not the fact.
But this cannot be recognized by itself. It needs a special interest on a daily scale. For the Kingdom of Heaven must be drawn to oneself by force, which means nothing else, but that also any recognition must be drawn to oneself with a lot of work and against the resistance of one’s own soul and the negative aspects of one’s own guilty acts which everybody in fact possesses.
And therefore it is also necessary to nip in the bud immediately every negative word; for, just by this battle in surmounting his own mistakes and weakness, man becomes ever more free in recognizing heavenly truths thus getting into the position to experience divine inspirations in himself and to make the right decisions. The more the charitable love has become his guideline, the more will a human being attract onto himself the divine blessing. Therefore one of the commandments of the Lord says (Matth.7,1):
"Judge not that ye be not judged"
However, every soul must examine itself, whether something comes from its immature self-will or is indeed the Holy Word of God the Lord inside itself.
The way how such revealing Words of God are mediated depends again on the character of an instrument and also on the purpose and aim of such a revelation. Jakob Lorber had predominantly been a writer of the Word, whereas others are speakers of the Word or both.
In whatever way a revealing word has been given, it must by the one who hears or reads it in any case be gained by prayer as far as the spirit and its content are concerned, since one can only seldom or not at all decide whether it is the Word of God or a deception only by judging it by its external form. Everybody can make the decision by himself through his love, which he continuously develops and by asking for truth and guidance. If one is open, one will sense the warmth of love which flows from the Word and which will comfort and strengthen a human being. But above all he will make experiences which show him that the Lord Himself guides his people and indeed ever more – the more someone directs his way according to what he has recognized.
All those who are spiritually awake and open will not wonder that the Lord has revealed the Holy New Bible as the continuation of the Old and the New Testament. Of this New Bible already the first volume
has been published according to God’s will. It does not make use of some sort of thoughts of a person but it is the Lord Himself Who dictated it according to His Holy Will word by word. Of course, the writing instrument had to be clear that it had continuously to take trouble, not to interfere according to his own ideas in his own will but to listen only to what the Lord Himself gives him into his heart word by word. In this way the instrument will write it down or speak it out.
It is important that we are ready to recognize that
God the Lord never ended His revelations and will never end them
It is a widespread error to believe that the closing verses of The Revelation to John set a term to the whole bible text forever. The warning contained therein not to add anything to this prophecy applies explicitly – as everyone can easily convince himself of – to this book of prophecy alone and not to the entire bible text. Indeed, quite the contrary is true, since it is stated in John 16/12-13, that Jesus said:
"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit, when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he shall guide you into all truth."
It is equally a widespread error to claim that all revelations had come to an end in Jesus Christ forever. Nowhere in the Bible can such a claim be founded or evidenced. God’s inscrutable Eternal Wisdom is boundless! Were there any limit in His Creation, God would be neither eternal nor infinite. God's Eternal Love pours forth into the infinity of the Universe just as it pours forth through this New Bible onto all His children on this Earth in an inconceivable abundance of grace, from which everyone can draw whatever will turn him into the most fervent and merciful love, whereby he will reach His Heaven, the Realm of Eternal Love.
The New Bible is revealed by the direct Word of God
As the continuation of the Old and New Testament, it forms together with them a Holy Trilogy. The New Bible represents the descent of the Holy Spirit over this mankind according to the prophecy of the Old Bible and at the same time it represents the spiritual foundation for a New Era of Love, Truth and Justice.
Just as the NEW TESTAMENT follows the OLD TESTAMENT, both forming the Bible as known thus far, by God’s Holy will this Bible is to be completed by the following NEW BIBLE, all three thus forming the Holy Trilogy
Indeed, mankind has not succeeded in achieving the necessary maturity to take the direct way to God neither by the Old Testament nor by the New Testament, although this has been rendered possible by the Lord's work of Redemption in Jesus Christ which has opened up the unique, true way to God. Had the required maturity been achieved, mankind would have wrought a most living New Bible for all times and eternity by living in God’s eternal love thus fulfilling God's forever Holy and Perfect will.
Things being what they are, however, God The Lord is led to intervene in the events of this Earth with this New Bible, not only to save mankind from inevitable, self-imposed ruin, but also to guide it on the way towards the ultimate aim of Creation for all human beings on Earth: to become God’s perfect image.
